Francesca Elisia

My name is Francesca Elisia. I'm an artist and coach with a focus on creativity and expression.

I provide coaching to celebrate creativity and support personal empowerment.

I’m experienced with a range of techniques to develop intuition and confidence. My practice includes conversation-based methods, guided imagining, and mindfulness coaching. I help people work through many common challenges, including eliminating limiting beliefs, overcoming creative block, reducing stress, and aligning with life purpose.

My role is to guide you to feel empowered by being who you truly are. I use a person-centred approach to coaching to help my clients tap into their deepest passions and align with their purpose.

Previously, I worked as a guide with Wavepaths, a sound therapy studio unifying immersive arts, psychotherapies, and intelligent technologies into new models of care.

I am based in London and work with clients around the world.
