Francesca Elisia

My name is Francesca Elisia. I'm a mindfulness coach with a focus on creativity and expression.

I provide coaching and workplace wellness programs to celebrate creativity and support personal empowerment.

I help people work through many common challenges, including eliminating limiting beliefs, reducing stress, achieving creative recovery, and moving through change. I’m experienced with a range of techniques to develop intuition and confidence. My practice includes conversation-based methods, guided imagining, creative play, and mindfulness coaching.

I’m a qualified meditation practitioner and teacher, with a focus on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Insight Meditation practices. I am a visual artist and experienced creative facilitator.

Before becoming a coach, I worked as a lead designer within agencies, tech start-ups, and large companies in New York and London. I understand the dynamics and challenges that come with working in faced-paced and demanding environments.

After a stint working as a design instructor for professionals changing careers, and time spent reflecting on my own spiritual path, I adjusted my sails to realign with my calling. 

Now, I help others achieve their goals, deepen their creativity, and improve their wellbeing. My role is to guide my clients to feel empowered by being who they truly are through 1 to 1 coaching and workplace wellness programs. I use a person-centred approach to coaching to help my clients tap into their deepest passions and find ways to live in alignment.

I am a qualified meditation practitioner and teacher. I’m currently completing my qualification as a Mindfulness and Life Coach with the Centre for Mindfulness, and I’m training in Analytical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy with Jacquelyne Morison Hypnotherapy Training.

I am based in London and work with clients around the world.

A few facts about me:

  • Previously, I worked as a guide with Wavepaths, a sound therapy studio unifying immersive arts, psychotherapies, and intelligent technologies into new models of care.

  • My first role as a creative facilitator was at Artpark, a centre for visual and performing arts in Lewiston, New York, USA in the summer of 1994.

  • I have practiced meditation for over 14 years. I first attempted meditation after a friend gave me Lawrence LeShan's book How to Meditate. Since then, I have trained in and explored various forms of meditation and relaxation techniques, including Mindfulness, Metta (loving-kindness), and Insight Meditation.

  • I’ve been fascinated with art and creativity since I took my first drawing class as a teenager. I am a visual artist with a focus on painting. Learn more about my art and personal journey at francescaelisia.com.
