Coaching is a collaborative, non-directive process that brings about change through inquiry, reflection, choice, and new behaviours. The process will explore your inner world of beliefs, assumptions, and expectations in order to create greater possibilities for your life.
I help people work through many common challenges, including eliminating limiting beliefs, overcoming creative block, reducing stress, and moving through change. I’m experienced with a range of techniques to develop intuition and confidence. My practice includes conversation-based methods, guided imagining, and mindfulness coaching.
My role is to guide you to feel empowered by being who you truly are. I use a person-centred approach to coaching to help my clients tap into their deepest passions and align with their purpose.
Sessions take place over video chat or by phone.

I enjoy working with clients at all stages of growth and change. As a guide, I meet you with full acceptance and appreciation of your past, present, and future.
I coach people of all genders and ages. Since I run coaching sessions over video chat or on the phone, I am able to connect with clients all over the world. Many of my clients are based in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. I have worked with designers, writers, accountants, yoga instructors, artists, developers, business owners, product managers, musicians, and more.
How does it work?
Working with a coach is a way of collaboratively understanding challenges and finding ways to live with greater alignment. The process is different for each individual. I tailor our sessions to your needs. I use conversation-based coaching, mindfulness techniques, and activities that allow us to reframe and explore any challenges you may be facing.
How long will it take?
Clients typically work with me from 2 to 4 months, followed by monthly or occasional check-ins. I see the most change in clients who commit to sessions every other week for at least 3 months. I offer three, four, and six session packages.
I also welcome one-off sessions with clients. You may book 60-minute or 90-minute sessions with me.
