How does it work?

As a mindfulness coach, I help people work through many common challenges, including eliminating limiting beliefs, overcoming creative block, reducing stress, and moving through change
I'm experienced with and a range of techniques to develop creative intuition and confidence, including conversation-based coaching and mindfulness practices. I provide creativity and wellness coaching for individuals and companies.
Before becoming a coach, I worked as a designer within agencies, tech start-ups, and large corporations in New York and London. I understand the dynamics and challenges that come with working in faced-paced and demanding environments.
Now, I help others achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing.
I have practiced meditation for over 11 years. I practice in the Mindfulness, Metta (Loving-kindness), and Insight Meditation traditions. I am currently completing my qualification as a Mindfulness and Life Coach with the Centre for Mindfulness.
